This report is a collection of monographs synthesizing the 5th World Water Forum by the people working at the Secretariat. It is based on audio visual records of the Forum, the Regional Documents, the publications that were launched, distributed and/or widely referenced during the Forum week, as well as, the Political Process outcomes. The chapters are: access to safe drinking water and sanitation, agriculture, migration, data and technology, disaster mitigation and management, transboundary cooperation, infrastructure, financing and governance with the concluding chapter “Did We Bridge the Divides?".
