Traditional water management approaches based on water supply are insufficient to meet the diverse and complex needs of cities. In light of these developments, the concept of “water-sensitive cities” has come to the fore as an important approach in recent years. This study, which can be used as a guide for creating water-sensitive cities, presents strategies that can be adapted to different scales and urban contexts. With examples from the world and our country, and in line with our own realities, it touches upon what can be done to create water-sensitive cities.
